Stamp-A-Stack

Well, I saw a sneak peek of the new Holiday Mini. WOW!! That's all I can say. I love it. There are so many new initiatives that Stampin Up is embarking on, and I'm excited. The stamp sets, and the papers, and ideas are phenomenal. I can't wait for all of you to get one. Let me know if you want one, and I'll have it mailed to you. Just promise that if you see anything you want, you'll order through me. Your friendly Stampin Up demonstrator.

Well, for those of you that missed last night, and that's everyone except for Anne. You missed out on some great cards that we made.

For this card we used the new Rich Razzleberry In Colour card stock and ink.

The Stamp Set is Happy Everything and the wheel background is Fast Flowers.

This card literally took maximum of 5 minutes to create. It's a fun uplifting card, and with the versatility of the stamp set you can use Happy everything, life, birthday, for you, together, holidays, and days. It's an 8 piece set. Well worth the money. If you're interested in taking a closer look at it, visit page 142 in the new 2009-2010 catalogue. There's a link on the page, or just click Here.

This card I absolutely adore. I had made this very card at Alesha's place on one of my downline meetings. Let me tell you, I love recreating this card. There are so many different colour combos you can use.

Here I used Melon Mambo, and Basic Grey. Both card stock and ink. The stamp set is Flight of the Butterfly. It's a great stamp set, I had a hard time at first finding things to make with it. I visited Splitcoast Stampers website and clicked on the SU Galleries and was able to get great ideas.

The last card is the hardest card that we made, and it took approximately 10-15 mins to make only because of the punch, and the two step stamping we did. But, it was worth every minute. Tell me what you think.

This card uses three more In Colours. We have Dusty Durango, and Soft Suede, the accent colour is Crushed Curry. I must say that I really love all the In colours this year, and have used them all. Not often do I find I can use all the colours.
The stamp set I used is unfortunately a retired hostess set that I earned. It's called Dream a Little. If anyone of my friends or customers want to borrow it, just let me know.

I loved learning the sponging technique, and can't wait to try it on my own.

the cherish card was fun too, since I'd never used a brad before ;)
